This is an immature female Cooper’s Hawk (COHA) I saw get banded this past fall.  She was an amazingly alert bird!  Raptors are cool birds, I hope to learn how to band them this spring.  I took this photo with my friend’s SLR, bander Dan is holding the bird.  (:
